We've been busy creating for you!

New to the menu tonight...

Salmon & Mushrooms - fresh salmon, oyster mushrooms with aged Caprifeuille chevre atop grilled onion Avignon sausage, radicchio and onion chutney.

Anchovy Parmigiana Salad - chopped romaine, anchovy, garlic dressing and Parmigiana Reggiano.

Fresh Wild Halibut - Pan roast, white wine, butter, chive, basil pesto, acini di pepe, baby tomato wheels and asparagus.

Truffled New York - House dry aged New York strip, Italian Spring black truffle butter, herb roast potatoes and asparagus.

Also, we added Roast Lamb last night - Garlic, herb rubbed, spring garlic, orange stuffed, orange Gremolata, roast potatoes and asparagus.
