My heart is a flutter with the fact that you feel the same way as I. In fact, I am at 94 Stewart as I type these passion-soaked words. For hours, I have been sipping wine and sampling exotic cheeses from around the world. I have told the cheese steward, Nic, of your awesome visage, and he has planned a plate of delicacies to match your eyes.
Yet, where can you be? The hour is growing late. I have already finished a sweet corn chowder with lime and cilantro, as well as a fresh Copper River Sockeye Salmon, and I am awaiting dessert. I requested two spoons. Who knows what I will do with the other. Perhaps scoop my tears from the mounds of delicious sugar? There were so many tarts to choose from: Ginger Spice, Turtle, Strawberry Fudge, Macaroon, and Washington Cherry. I choose the Turtle with an espresso. Dear, do move faster than my aforenamed desert; I can only wait so long.

You are so beautiful. I'd love to take you on a date tonight. There is a special place called 94 Stewart, where we could find a seat amidst the red and gold curtains and savor a meal and conversation. The man from Pure Foods who says he's seen you around tells me you love crab. Well, I hear 94 has a special summer bisque with crab and lemon curry, sweet yellow peppers, yellow squash, corn, coconut, and basil.
The man from Franks Produce who has also seen you walking about observes you have a sweet tooth. Maybe a fresh tart would satisfy that need of yours. Looks like macaroon, strawberry fudge, turtle, Washington cherry, caramel fudge, and ginger spice tarts are the offerings today at 94 Stewart.
What do you say? Will you give me a chance? Will you at least give 94 Stewart a chance because you won't know what love is until you do.

The Soup today is like a mouth full of golden sunshine! It's a summer bisque with crab, lemon curry, sweet yellow peppers, yellow squash, corn, coconut, and basil! I know, it's impossible and foolish to resist.
The tarts are incredible as well! Today we have ginger spice, caramel fudge, Washington cherry, and turtle tart all lined up and looking for a good mouth to go home to.
It's gonna be a busy weekend, also. We have cruise ships, marathons, pride parades, tourists from all over the world and convention attendees taking to the streets of Seattle. So making a reservation might be a good idea, but even if you don't, we wont mind you coming in anyway.

It's not couthe, but we are sad Michael Jackson will not have the opportunity to try Chef's amazing 'Peanut Shrimp Bisque'. It is to die for!

One of the nicest things about Pike Place Market is the people watching. It is second only to the food at 94 Stewart (if we may say so ourselves). The food is so good, and the tarts and soup today make everything extra special too!

A.) Actually, there is a new soup which happens to be Summer Minestrone with fresh Yakima vegetables, beans, tomatoes and pasta, all topped with real Parmesan. The local ingredients and the really great Parmesan make for a wonderful soup like nothing you've ever tried.

Seattle is the #1 gastronomic city in the US. The rissoto with asparagus and bag shrimp rivals or surpasses anything in NYC or Italy. The lamb burger perfectly cooked, marvelous aiola and perfect bread! Service was flawless, Sean!

Once upon a time, this morning actually, Chef Celinda finished preparing a soup so fair and delicious, it was hailed as the yummiest in the land by all who tried it, or will try it. It's known to young and old alike as 'Sweet Pepper and Corn Bisque with Coconut Cream', and it's straight out of a fairy tale.
The tarts today are enchantingly scrumptious too, and unlike a glass slipper, one can bet there is a perfect fit for all. The selection is: Peanut Butter Filled Fudge, Snickerdoodle, Chunky Monkey, Oban with Arriba, and Cherry White Chocolate.
Needless to say, the sooner you try them, the sooner you will live happily ever after.
