Today Sara wore the best tie of all time. It depicted lightning in the act of striking a killer whale. Not since Bjork pulled up at the Oscars wearing a swan has anyone made such a bold fashion statement. Few folks will see anything quite as radical until the rapture.
In other news, Chef has added delicious Sole to the menu. This fresh and delicate fish is currently being prepared with black sherry butter and jasmine rice with some broccoli and sweet herbs. This dish pairs perfectly with tonight's temperate weather.

For instance, I forgot to pick up my children from day care last week because I was enjoying Chef Celinda's double valrhona tart.
