Easter is finally approaching and all of us at 94 would like to wish everyone a happy 4th of July!! Cupid couldn't be busier with requests from lovers wanting to make reservations and gush over our lovely tarts: Praline Fudge, Gingerbread, Coconut Macaroon, Bailey's Irish Cream, Valrhona, and Chunky Monkey.

Trick or treaters should take a break from candy hold-ups and stop by to try the white truffled pumpkin bisque with crouton crumbles.

And remember, as we get ready to celebrate all of the accomplishments of our forefathers, don't do it on an empty stomach.

Soup of the day is Tomato Parmigianna. It's made with San Marzano Tomatoes, parmigianna stock, cream, and fresh herbs.

It is still a bit misty outside, if you haven't noticed. Absolutely perfect weather for the tomato parmigianna soup today. It's hot and full of san marzano tomatoes, parmigianna stock, cream, and fresh herbs. A stunning little starter for an amazing lunch. The tarts look marvelous today, too. Gingerbread, coconut macaroon, and fudge praline are here waiting.

Whether you like this time of year or dread it, everyone tends to forget their griefs with tasty food. We are speaking of the holidays, of course. With thanksgiving fast approaching it's probably the right time to fill you all in on our 2009 holiday intentions. For Thanksgiving, we recommend cooking for yourself (sad, but we will be closed). Enjoy that time with your family and friends, but keep in mind we will be open the day after to save your from your leftovers! Christmas is a different story. Chef has planned an extraordinary five course dinner that will dazzle you beyond your wildest expectations and elevate your holiday experience to the stars. The tasty real meaning of Christmas, if you will.

In the meantime, lamb racks are going to show up on the menu today. The extremely delectable rack attack comes to you from Schultz Farms, a small Washington hand grown producer.
