Au Revoir 2009!! We are excited to present our farewell pre-fix menu tomorrow evening. Seating will start at 5pm and end at 7:30. The whole menu is available under the menu section of our website. Reservations are highly recommended. Five sparkling courses and a standing ovation worthy wine pairing is the perfect way to end the year.

Yesterday evening I helped Chef by picking fresh thyme for an upcoming creation. Funny how many puns you can think of. My favorite was "I've got nothing but thyme on my hands."
Today's soup is Dungeness Crab Chowder with Green Chilies and Fennel Pollen.

Winter nights are cold, dark, and delicious. Especially delicious at 94 Stewart. Chef is still making the best food in the market and you should come by sometime. It's always a good time here.

We tracked him all night on NORADs site. He has finally wrapped up the trip and is now relaxing at a table in the kitchen. Chef is feeding him little bits of this and that. We may run out of Tenderloins soon as he has already scarfed down three.
