We are premiering a new happy hour white, Chateau St Florin (Sauvignon- Semillon) from Bordeaux. It pairs well with several of our happy hour items from Confit Duck Rilletes to Horseradish Buttered Clams.
A few new wines by the glass have also made their way onto the menu: Kientzler Edelzwicker 'Field Blend', Frescobaldi Remole (Cab Sauv/Sangiovese. Expect many more newbies in the days to come!

Life is like a tray of 94 Stewart tarts, you never know what you're going to get. For a limited time, however, enjoy a slice or all of the following: Cherry Chess Tart, Lemon, Hazelnut Cream, Valrhona, Toffee Tart.
We also have gulf prawns, and a whole lot of delicious gumption.
We have been negotiating with the Chinese government all day in an attempt to lift the restrictions on our forward thinking ways. Hopefully by weeks end we will see some relief and the people of China will once again be able to enjoy our fare.
As for Soup today Chef is making a wonderful Duck stock based Gruyere de Savoie and crouton toasted onion soup.

Looks like our menu will not be made/served in China, after all. News that our restaurant is being denied entry to the most populated country on earth came just after the global blockbuster smash, 'Avatar' was also 86'd. Our condolences go out to all the people who love our food in China, and James Cameron too. We'd hoped for a different response.

Grilled Endive and Shellfish Salad- perfectly grilled endive alongside crab, calamari, and shrimp with oven roasted tomatoes and sherry vinaigrette.
Venison A La Nage- So good it melts in your mouth. Made with farm raised venison accompanied with red wine and foie braised black cherries and sweet potatoes. A serious flavor explosion.

January is the perfect time of year to go out and explore the best culinary experiences Seattle has to offer. The crowds are usually lighter than the touristy summer months, everything has finally wound down after the holidays, and even restaurants are zoning in on New Years resolutions. The 94 Resolution was to give customers something they've been requesting since our opening over 4 1/2 years ago ... happy hour.

Seriously folks, there is a lot to be happy about from 2:30-5 pm Tuesday through Saturday. Treats like Truffled Fondue, Calamari Diablo, Horseradish Buttered Clams, Mini Mac, Jalapeno & Dungeness Crab Hushpuppies and other delectable snacks are making their debut right here!!!! It's the best happy hour in the city, hands down.

Get high on happy with Confit Duck Rillets, Duck Soup (French style onion soup made with duck stock topped with Gruyere and brioche toast), or Mixed Greens with real maple and walnuts.
Do you like french fries? We have house cut russets with rosemary and chili flake tossed and baked with Parmigiano- the king of cheese.
We also start this happy business early. Like 2:30, so when you are downtown shopping on Saturday or sneaking out of the office early during the week, we will be here for you.
